Build a reliable supplier network
Type purchase orders and order materials for Storeroom, MRO & Safety
Make buying decisions to meet the diverse needs of each point of the supply chain
Print open order reports and track material, and problem solve to ensure delivery dates are met
Match and Scan receiving documents in to Timberscan and file PO’s
Maintain the mill certs data base, compile document packages when applicable and file
Order office supplies and business cards
Provide routine administrative support
Qualification
Required
Ability to read and interpret documents and; internal and external company product or equipment drawings
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
College degree preferred
2 years of experience preferred
