Required

Expertise in industry trends and practices, ideally in the context of Customer and Client Relationship Management Solutions (CCRMS)
Proficiency in identifying growth opportunities, negotiating contracts, and fostering strategic partnerships
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and navigate a remote work environment
Preferred
Previous experience in a similar senior leadership role is preferred
