Develop and execute a Chicago-based sales strategy to grow international freight revenue
Identify, qualify, and secure new importer and exporter accounts
Sell air and ocean freight solutions across global trade lanes
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through customer onboarding
Partner closely with pricing and operations teams to deliver consistent service
Build long-term, consultative client relationships
Qualification
Required
Proven success in international freight forwarding sales
Strong working knowledge of air and ocean freight products
Demonstrated ability to generate net-new business
Solid understanding of global logistics and commercial freight solutions
Based in, or able to work from, the Chicago metro area
Highly self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working autonomously
