Responsibilities

Own and improve assigned manufacturing processes
Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools and methodologies
Develop and optimize cell layouts, SMED initiatives, and lead-time reduction
Reduce waste, scrap, and inefficiencies while improving productivity
Support achievement of product target costs and efficiency goals
Identify and resolve production issues for existing products
Collaborate with customers, plant leadership, and production teams
Support automation, robotics, and PLC-driven manufacturing systems

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Automotive manufacturing engineering experience (required)
Strong hands-on manufacturing and shop-floor experience
Process improvement experience (efficiency, scrap, waste reduction)
Knowledge of AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA)
PLC experience (Allen-Bradley, Fanuc preferred; troubleshooting or programming)
Experience in robotics and automated manufacturing environments
Stable work history
Chemical Engineering backgrounds kindly dont apply for this role
