Provide critical legal support across the full lifecycle of complex financing and project development transactions
Work alongside senior legal counsel embedded directly within the banking team
Collaborate with legal and business leaders, credit officers, operations, and senior executives across global offices
Qualification
Required
2+ years' experience in project finance, leveraged finance, corporate finance, mezzanine financing, or structured transactions
Strong academic credentials and legal training
Managing complex multi-party transactions
Communicating clearly with stakeholders
Working collaboratively with global teams
Strong organisational and analytical skills
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission to the New York State Bar
