Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers across departments to define staffing needs and align on hiring strategies
Set and monitor hiring goals (e.g., quarterly and annual targets)
Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline conversion
Manage the full candidate lifecycle—from initial outreach and application through offer and close
Proactively source candidates using job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and referrals
Conduct interviews across all stages of the hiring process (screenings, video interviews, in-person interviews)
Administer skills assessments and screening tools to evaluate candidate fit
Maintain strong internal and external communication, ensuring a consistent and positive employer brand across platforms like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and social media
Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to build relationships with prospective talent
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience, with proven success in full-cycle recruitment
Proficient in sourcing candidates using resume databases, professional networks, and job boards
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online recruiting platforms, Comeet/Sparkhire a plus
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and hiring managers
Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills
