As Head of Product, you will own the product strategy and lifecycle for optical transceiver engines, ensuring solutions meet market needs and deliver competitive advantage while collaborating with engineering and business development teams.

Responsibilities
Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for optical engines and CPO solutions, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer priorities, and company strategy
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through development, customer demos, sampling, launch, iteration, and end-of-life
Continuously analyze industry trends, customer roadmaps, competitive dynamics, and ecosystem shifts
Engage directly with hyperscalers, module vendors, and system integrators to distill their needs into clear, actionable product specifications
Develop compelling technical documentation, application notes, value propositions, and product collateral that clearly communicate the unique benefits of Polariton’s plasmonic technology
Qualification
Required
7+ years in product management or product leadership, including experience and established business network in the optical transceiver industry
Proven track record in defining and executing product strategies and bringing hardware/semiconductor products from concept to market
Deep technical understanding and hands-on experience with integrated photonics, optical engines, transceiver architectures, and co-packaged optics (CPO), combined with strong knowledge of the relevant market dynamics
Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Physics, or related field
Entrepreneurial mindset with a balance of strategic vision and operational execution
Preferred
MBA or product management certification
