Responsibilities
Customer Service: Handle inbound/outbound calls, manage client inquiries, build customer relationships, and ensure satisfaction
Scheduling & Dispatching: Efficiently schedule service calls, dispatch technicians, and manage the workflow for residential/commercial jobs
Financial Management: Process invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, assist with payroll, and handle budget adherence
Team Leadership: Support & assist with training of technicians; assist with HR functions like onboarding; and foster a performance-driven environment
Reporting: Prepare sales/performance reports and maintain detailed job records for management
Qualification
Required
Previous office management, administration, or customer service in a plumbing/trade setting
Familiarity with plumbing industry terminology, dispatching software, QuickBooks, and MS Office
Exceptional multitasking, organization, communication (verbal/written), problem-solving, and time management
Understanding of plumbing systems, local codes, and safety regulations
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Team player, energetic, positive attitude
Good time management skills
Problem solving skills, attention to detail
Previous administrative office experience
Excellent verbal and written communication
Must be self motivated and have a sense of urgency
