This role focuses on delivering high-quality valuation analyses for accounting and regulatory purposes, with exposure to complex engagements such as equity compensation and transaction-related valuations.

Responsibilities
Prepare robust valuations of businesses, equity interests, and intangible assets across multiple industries
Analyse financial and market data using established valuation methodologies and internally developed models
Lead valuation engagements from scoping and planning through to final, client-ready deliverables
Review and guide the work of junior team members, providing technical oversight and mentoring
Contribute to the ongoing development of the practice, including training, recruitment, and refinement of internal tools and templates
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of experience in business valuation, financial reporting valuation, or related advisory work
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar discipline
Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Willingness to work flexibly around key deliverables
Preferred
CFA and/or ASA qualification (completed or in progress) is advantageous
