Responsibilities
Conduct business-to-business collections
Manage a diverse portfolio of customers
Oversee and analyze aging reports
Apply payments that have been collected
Validate credit requests
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in accounts receivable processes
Experience in collections and accounting
Strong skills in invoicing, reconciliation, and cash application
Ability to handle deductions and refunds
Exceptional customer service skills
Expertise in managing aging reports
Proficiency in email communication
Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
