Responsibilities

Hands-on Pega engineer with expertise in developing complex, large scale enterprise applications
Daily tasks will largely revolve around writing code and testing, and remainder of time will be collaborating with stakeholders through ongoing product/platform releases
Function as member of an agile team by contributing to software builds through consistent development practices (tools, common components, and documentation)
Collaborate with architects, product owners, developers, and other scrum teams to deliver a quality product
Participate in code reviews and automated testing
Enable the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments
Good understanding of developing and maintaining various system integrations which include application to application integrations, services, internal and external APIs, file transfers, and SQL queries
Demonstrate increased self reliance to achieve team goals
Influence team members with creative changes and improvements by challenging status quo

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related degree
5+ years of software development experience in Pega
Knowledge and experience on Pega 8 versions and Pega Senior System Architect Certification (Pega CSSA) certified
Deep knowledge on Pega Case Management, application security, integration rules (connector and services) and Pega's layering concept to support reusability
Familiar with Agile or other rapid application development methods

Preferred

Experience in Dispute, Fraud, or any case management domain will be a plus
