Required
Strong Account Management and Organizational skills for effectively handling client accounts
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse clientele
Proficient in Customer Service to ensure a positive experience and timely resolution of queries
Analytical skills with attention to detail for assessing account performance and identifying areas for improvement
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining focus and productivity
Preferred
Familiarity with financial services or accounting practices is preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is a plus
