Responsibilities
Create and manage quotes, opportunities, orders, and customer interactions in the CRM
Follow up on quotes and opportunities to drive revenue growth
Communicate order status and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Retain and grow existing accounts while identifying new sales opportunities and key customer contacts
Maintain strong product and application knowledge, including competitive comparisons
Build and maintain internal and external customer relationships
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to support account strategies
Meet KPIs related to efficiency, close rates, responsiveness, and proactive customer engagement
Maintain pricing, margin, and win/loss data to support performance analysis
Participate in ongoing training and complete expense reporting as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Strong critical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proven customer service and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
Preferred
Experience in automation, oil & gas, or technical sales environments
Understanding of power, communication, measurement, and control systems
