Responsibilities
Assist in processing payroll for all employees accurately and on time
Maintain payroll records, including employee information, timekeeping, and deductions
Verify time-sheets and attendance records for accuracy
Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Support tax filings, wage garnishments, and other payroll-related tasks
Assist with audits and reporting as needed
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and organized
Experience in payroll administration
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with payroll software and systems
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
