Responsibilities
Set up and manage Salesforce environments across development, testing, staging, and production to support continuous integration and delivery
Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines tailored for Salesforce applications to improve deployment efficiency
Automate deployment workflows using Copado to enhance consistency and speed across environments
Monitor application performance and apply automated testing frameworks to maintain high code quality and system reliability
Manage version control systems and enforce branching strategies to facilitate collaborative development
Other duties as requested by leadership
Qualification
Required
Hands-on Salesforce development and deployment experience, with deep knowledge of Copado
Solid grasp of CI/CD processes, with a history of successfully managing pipelines
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities, consistently resolving issues quickly
Skilled in collaborating and communicating across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deadlines
Experienced in preparing deployment documentation and providing guidance or training on DevOps tools and best practices
