Responsibilities
Lead UKG Ready implementations for new and existing clients
Configure, test, and deploy payroll and HR processes within the UKG Ready platform
Collaborate with payroll, HR, and client teams to ensure smooth system adoption
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions during the implementation process
Serve as a subject matter expert on UKG Ready best practices and functionalities
Support training for client and internal teams on system use and optimization
Contribute to the GreenLeaf culture by promoting teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with UKG Ready implementation and payroll/HR systems
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships across departments and with clients
Solution-oriented mindset and ability to navigate complex issues
Alignment with GreenLeaf culture: team player, open to feedback, collaborative, and proactive
