Responsibilities

Source, negotiate, and close deals with large enterprise clients and strategic partners. You will own commercial proposals, perform cost-benefit analyses, and project manage programs to ensure long-term customer success
Drive the growth of the flagship robotic solution by managing inbound leads, executing sophisticated outbound campaigns, and representing the company at major industry conferences
Develop and execute the 'go-to-market' roadmap for the industrial layout sector (including factories, data centers, automotive facilities, and power plants). You will leverage the technology’s existing global track record to define how the company scales in the USA and beyond
Work closely with technical and commercial teams to translate market needs into product reality, ensuring systems and processes are organized for rapid scale

Required

2–3 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or in a high-growth strategy/growth role within a startup environment
An Honors degree from a top-tier, internationally recognized university
A proven ability to negotiate effectively and create compelling, data-driven business cases (expert-level Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential)
Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to thrive in an environment characterized by ambiguity and rapid change
Meticulously organized with a sharp attention to detail and a proactive 'ownership' mindset regarding business outcomes
A genuine enthusiasm for robotics and the mission of using technology to solve industrial challenges

Preferred

Experience with B2B sales contracts or consulting for tech-focused startups is a significant plus
Willingness to relocate to the USA HQ in Las Vegas is preferred; however, remote work from another US location is possible with monthly travel to HQ
