Technical Program Manager, New Product Introduction, AI/ML Storage Systems

Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams, spanning all organizational levels and functional areas to develop and deliver programs from inception to production
Orchestrate the overall program strategy and drive end-to-end execution across large cross-functional teams
Set the goal and direction for a program by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating and supervising multiple projects, organizing cross-project work within the program, and defining program controls/governance/standards
Manage multiple cross-functional programs simultaneously with engaging priorities. Drive consistency between Cloud processes and central processes. Manage escalations and unblock obstacles, ensure all leadership/stakeholders are aware of progress/blockers on a continuous basis
Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals and build consensus
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in program management
Preferred
8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience in storage servers, systems and solutions
Experience in component Social Security Disability (SSD) qualifications
Experience in software engineering, hardware engineering, end-to-end validation/critical user journey (CUJ) testing
Experience with launching data center products and deployments
