Conduct legal research and analysis, producing high-quality written work to support transaction goals
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctorate (JD) required
3-5 years of experience in corporate transactional work, specifically in private equity and M&A
Strong academic credentials, with a demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements
Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
