Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, investor rights agreements, and other transactional documents
Support due diligence and manage closing processes
Advise clients on corporate structuring, compliance, and governance matters
Assist with cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions
Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients across industries
Qualification
Required
1 to 2 years of experience in corporate transactions, ideally with a focus on M&A
JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Admission to the Idaho Bar, or willingness to become admitted
Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills
Preferred
Experience with corporate restructuring, cross-border transactions, or private equity is a plus
