Lead and support private and public M&A transactions across various industries
Draft and negotiate transaction documents, disclosure schedules, and closing deliverables
Manage and drive complex deal timelines and client communications
Coordinate with tax, regulatory, and other specialists across the firm
Mentor junior associates and contribute to team development
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of M&A experience in a sophisticated law firm environment
Proficiency in drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary transaction documents
Proven ability to manage client relationships and coordinate deal processes
Experience supervising junior attorneys and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school required
