Responsibilities
Handle a broad range of commercial real estate finance transactions
Work with major institutional lenders on loan origination, mezzanine financing, preferred equity investments, and structured deals
Manage full transaction management from inception through closing and post-closing matters
Experience with asset management, workouts, and repurchase facility transactions
Qualification
Required
2–6 years of large law firm real estate finance experience
Strong background in loan origination for structured commercial real estate transactions
Experience with mezzanine loans, preferred equity, and lender-side workouts
Ability to independently run transactions and manage client communications
Excellent drafting, organizational, and negotiation skills
JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
