Responsibilities
Greet every client with warmth, energy, and professionalism
Manage check-ins, scheduling, and basic admin tasks
Educate clients on memberships, classes, personal training, recovery services, and retail
Confidently sell memberships, packages, and add-on services
Build rapport with new and existing members to foster community
Support social media or in-studio promotions (content ideas, events, campaigns)
Anticipate client needs and resolve issues before they become problems
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and on-brand front desk environment
Communicate client feedback and insights to the team
Qualification
Required
Naturally approachable, confident and personable
Assertive in a friendly way—you're comfortable initiating conversations and asking for the close
A connector who remembers names, faces, and personal details
Sales orientated, but never pushy—you believe in what we offer
Passionate about health, fitness and wellness
Creative and proactive, always thinking of ways to elevate the member experience
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable in a fast-paced, people-facing environment
