Responsibilities
Define and lead the visual and creative direction for a luxury web design project
Develop and present style scapes to define mood, tone, and aesthetic direction early in the engagement
Use style scapes to align internal teams and client before moving into detailed design
Translate brand strategy into sophisticated digital design systems
Set the aesthetic standard across typography, color, layout, motion, and imagery
Oversee the design process from concept through final design
Review and elevate work produced by designers, ensuring consistency and quality
Collaborate with UX and UI designer to balance usability with visual expression
Partner with developers to ensure design intent is preserved through build
Present creative concepts and rationale confidently to clients and stakeholders
Provide clear, constructive feedback to designers working on the engagement
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer for luxury or premium brands
Strong background in web and digital design
Exceptional typographic and layout skills
A refined aesthetic and strong point of view
Experience presenting and defending creative work to clients
Ability to give clear, constructive feedback and elevate team output
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
