You'll be the primary point of contact for patients, spending your day demystifying the complex world of insurance coverage and payment plans
You’ll quickly become the expert in insurance verification and prior authorizations, ensuring treatments stay on track
You’ll use your organizational skills to remove financial hurdles
You'll collaborate daily with doctors, nurses, and billing specialists
You're part of a dynamic team, ensuring everyone is on the same page for a seamless patient experience
You'll handle sensitive patient information, strictly adhering to HIPAA rules
You'll help train new colleagues and ensure our high standards of care never drop
Qualification
Required
PPO & HMO Billing experience required
Strong computer skills; Strong written and verbal (phone) communication skills
Neat and professional appearance
High School Diploma or higher education
Preferred
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical setting preferred
