Responsibilities
Process accounts payable within Oracle Cloud
Perform three-way match for invoices
Analyze supplier invoices
Conduct AP exception research and remediation
Identify accounting treatment for non-purchase order invoices
Initiate supplier payments
Manage multiple processes concurrently, including invoicing, AP inbox, and approvals
Create pivot tables and vlookups within Microsoft Excel
Qualification
Required
Four+ years of experience processing AP invoices within organizations exceeding $300 million in revenue
Four+ years of experience with three-way match in large organizations
Experience managing multiple AP processes, including invoicing, AP inbox, and approvals for over four years
Four+ years of experience with supplier invoice analysis, AP exception research, remediation, and initiating supplier payments
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, JDE, NetSuite, Peoplesoft, or Great Plains for four+ years
Proficiency in creating pivot tables, vlookups, and basic formulas
Preferred
Associate's degree
Experience in purchasing, supplier and vendor master creation, matching tax IDs and 1099s
Prior experience in a temporary role since 2017
