Responsibilities
Source and negotiate the purchase of goods and services
Ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products
Conduct supplier research and manage vendor relationships
Negotiate contracts and track inventory
Support operations by managing procurement processes effectively
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in inventory coordination or a similar role
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
