Supplier Performance Manager - Cincinnati, OH (H/F) - SAFRAN USA INC.
Safran is a high-tech international group operating in the aerospace, space, and defense sectors. They are seeking a Supplier Performance Manager to manage a portfolio of North American suppliers, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and pricing targets while recovering non-performance and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities
Measuring and communicating performance
Broadcast regular performance Score Cards
Ensure that management, especially at the supplier is aware of performance issues
Link the supplier performance to the contractual obligations and calculate penalties or claim when applicable
Implement relevant logistic and quality KPIs with the suppliers to anticipate performance problems
Lead and coordinates the actions to recover the supplier performance to the expected levels
Characterize the consequences of supplier performance to the downstream supply chain
Define, with the supplier and the Safran team, an action plan to contain and recover nonperformance
Use the contracts to incentivize the supplier to promptly recover
Manage, in coordination with the commercial teams, the claim process when it is relevant
Identify and mitigate risks that the suppliers will fail to perform at the expected levels
Lead regular risks analysis with the supplier
Build, with the supplier, a Business Continuity Plan to mitigate occurrence and impacts of major events
Manage a plan to reduce supplier risks of nonperformance
Define a visit and audit plan, tailored to each supplier
Coordinate the Safran internal team working with the suppliers
Qualification
Required
Experience in supplier performance management or a related field
Knowledge of contract management and performance measurement
Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams
Experience in logistics and quality KPIs implementation
Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and performance recovery
Ability to develop and implement action plans for performance improvement
Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel frequently to supplier locations
