Growth Associate – Entry Level (Commission + Base Stipend)
VegaH LLC is a technology and digital transformation firm focused on enterprise IT, cloud, ERP, and managed services. They are seeking a Growth Associate (Entry Level) who will be involved in revenue generation, targeting accounts, and supporting sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
Research and identify target accounts and prospects
Execute outreach across LinkedIn, email, and campaigns
Support growth experiments and outbound initiatives
Engage with local and virtual tech communities
Qualify inbound and outbound leads
Support discovery calls, proposals, and follow-ups
Learn enterprise pricing, scoping, and objection handling
Assist in moving opportunities from lead → qualified → closed
Work with CRM and email tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, internal tools)
Track outreach, conversations, and pipeline movement
Learn how real revenue forecasting and deal hygiene work
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in sales, marketing, and enterprise technology
Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and conversations
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Self-driven, accountable, and coachable
Willingness to learn fast and execute consistently
Preferred
Prior experience with sales, marketing, CRM tools, or tech platforms is a plus — not a requirement
