Engaging and collaborating with legal experts to manage claims involved in litigation
Adjusting claims by evaluating the insurance policy terms and assessing claim validity and value
Ensuring adherence to all regulatory and internal policy requirements throughout the claims process
Serving as a specialist to mentor and provide guidance to other claims adjusters on complex cases
Qualification
Required
Proficient in handling claims in the Excess and Surplus line
Substantial knowledge in Claims Adjustment and Litigation Experience
Investigating and assessing complex claims to determine valid excess and surplus lines liabilities
Engaging and collaborating with legal experts to manage claims involved in litigation
Adjusting claims by evaluating the insurance policy terms and assessing claim validity and value
Ensuring adherence to all regulatory and internal policy requirements throughout the claims process
Serving as a specialist to mentor and provide guidance to other claims adjusters on complex cases
Strong proficiency in handling Excess & Surplus claims with a sound understanding of insurance laws and contracts
Evidence of successful Claims Adjustment for complex cases
Direct experience in managing Litigation processes with the ability to engage effectively with legal counsel
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
Comprehensive understanding of United Banking Code regulations impacting claims adjustment
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure
