The role involves generating and managing a loan pipeline, structuring financing solutions for investors, and maintaining compliance and client relationships.
Responsibilities
Generate and manage loan pipeline (self-generated business)
Work with investors and business-purpose borrowers to structure financing solutions
Analyze borrower and property scenarios (assets, income, project plan, exit strategy)
Present program options clearly and professionally
Coordinate with lenders, processors, and internal support partners
Maintain compliance standards and strong client relationships from first call to closing
Qualification
Required
Background in mortgage, lending, real estate, finance, or sales is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Coachable mindset and strong desire to learn
NMLS license NOT required for the initial business-purpose commercial track
Preferred
Investor/commercial lending interest preferred (experience not required)
Hold an active NMLS license for residential mortgage activities
Be willing to obtain and maintain NMLS licensing (SAFE Act compliance, continuing education)
