Orena Health is a bootstrapped D2C cognitive testing startup focused on rapid Meta ad experiments. They are seeking a strong creative thinker to own paid ad concepts, messaging, and creative direction without managing ad spend or campaigns.

Responsibilities

Develop ad concepts for Meta (static, UGC-style, hooks, angles)
Write or guide ad copy & creative direction
Collaborate asynchronously with founders on brief feedback loops
Iterate quickly based on performance data
Optimize for clarity, trust, and emotional resonance (health context)

Required

You've created Meta ads for DTC brands (health/wellness a plus)
You think in hooks, angles, and psychology, not just visuals
You're comfortable working from a loose brief and proposing ideas
You're fast, opinionated, and not precious about creative
You understand that ads are experiments, not art projects

Preferred

Experience with health, longevity, or diagnostics brands
UGC scripting experience
Strong taste for modern, clean, trust-forward creative
