Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning
Proven hands-on experience implementing Gen AI project using open source LLMs (Llama, GPT OSS, Gemma, Mistral) and proprietary API's (OpenAI, Anthropic)
Strong background in Retrieval Augmented Generation implementations
In depth understanding of embedding models and their applications
Hands on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions on text data
Strong Python development skills
Should be comfortable with Pandas and NumPy for data analysis and feature engineering
Experience building and integrating APIs (REST, Fast API, Flask) for serving models
Fine tuning and optimizing open source LLM/SLM is a big plus
Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and Orchestration
Experience in ML and Deep Learning is an advantage
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Experience working with Agile Methodology
Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Should have the ability to clearly express ideas
