Responsibilities

Lead equity and fixed income clearing within the post-trade function
Oversee daily clearing operations across the full trade lifecycle, from trade capture through settlement
Manage responsibilities across multiple asset classes
Work closely with trading and financing desks, counterparties, exchanges, prime brokers, and custodians
Oversee key post-trade controls
Support new trading strategies and business initiatives
Drive process improvement and change management across existing and new trade flows
Manage and develop a high-performing team

Required

Proven track record in overseeing post-trade controls
Experience supporting new trading strategies and business initiatives
Ability to drive process improvement and change management
Experience managing and developing a high-performing team
