Responsibilities
Develop visually compelling, on-brand assets for digital, social, email, print, presentations, and internal communications
Concept and execute integrated campaign visuals in partnership with marketers, copywriters, and creative stakeholders
Apply brand guidelines with precision while exploring opportunities for fresh, modern interpretations
Translate feedback into refined design solutions and iterate efficiently
Prepare accurate, production-ready files for both digital and print outputs
Participate in brainstorming sessions, critiques, and reviews; contribute ideas that elevate the creative work
Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance creative quality
Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of craft and attention to detail
Qualification
Required
Strong portfolio showcasing both conceptual and executional design skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; motion or presentation design a plus
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly
Experience working within established brand systems
Strong attention to detail, time management, and creative problem-solving
