Senior LevelCyberCoders is seeking a Concrete Superintendent to oversee all concrete operations on construction projects. This role involves ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with quality standards while coordinating with various teams and managing resources.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of concrete operations on site
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met
Ensure that all concrete work is performed following safety regulations and industry best practices
Review and interpret project plans and specifications to ensure quality standards are met
Schedule and manage labor and materials for concrete works, including flatwork and structural elements
Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on concrete work
Provide training and mentorship to junior staff and crew members
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods and materials
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent leadership and communication skills
For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
Experience in commercial projects is preferred
Familiarity with structural work, earthwork, and excavating practices is a plus
Knowledge of civil engineering principles is advantageous
