Switchboard Operator
TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services. They are seeking a Switchboard Operator to serve as the first point of contact for callers to 14 hospitals, managing a high volume of inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
250+ inbound calls/day and transfer callers to where they need to go and who they need to speak with
Answer calls for 14 Health facilities
Page physicians on behalf of patients
Greets customer via telephone
Handles any and all calls that come through on the hospitals 1-800 line
Answers questions regarding hours, locations, personal, etc
Transfers emergency calls to ER
Qualification
Required
1+ year of steady employment in a call center role where 50+ calls are taken/day
High caliber of customer service (professionalism, polite)
No more than 4 jobs in 5 years
