Hris Analyst (Must Have Workday Configuration Exp)
TEKsystems is an established and growing financial institution looking to expand their team. The Hris Analyst will support ongoing initiatives by managing business processes within Workday, providing system expertise, and assisting with testing and reporting.

Responsibilities
Manage business process development, improvement, configuration, testing, maintenance and implementation within Workday and other systems for assigned projects
Actively pursue innovative initiatives and provide system expertise along with recommendations for process modifications in order to ensure continued effective use of HR technological resources
Create test scripts, document test scenarios and perform testing activities
Provide tier 1 support with HR Technology requests and system errors
Provide reports and data analysis as requested by end users

Qualification
Required
Workday HCM experience, including testing and configuration and file integration
Writing Workday reports and calculated fields experience
Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication for documentation, reporting, and training
Analytical Thinking: Skilled at interpreting data and identifying trends or issues. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems logically and efficiently
Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in data entry, reporting, and system configurations. Vigilant about compliance and security requirements
Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adjusting to changing priorities. Ability to learn new Workday modules or updates quickly
Collaboration & Teamwork: Works effectively with HR, IT, and business partners. Builds positive relationships and fosters trust across departments
Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions. Resourceful in finding answers and leveraging available tools

Preferred
Bachelor's degree (HR, Business or related field)
Experience with Workday configuration and data analysis
Experience writing Workday reports and calculated fields
Knowledge of various HR operations
