Responsibilities

Break/fix support for server and network hardware
Working tickets in an active queue with SLAs
Rack, stack, cable, and troubleshoot equipment
Support network upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
Perform root-cause analysis and escalate when needed
Document work thoroughly in tracking systems
Collaborate with shift leads and technical managers

Qualification

Data center experienceBreak/fix troubleshootingNetwork knowledgeTicketing system experienceNetwork+ certificationCCNA certificationHands-on network troubleshooting

Required

1–2+ years of data center experience (L1/L2 support, hardware work, etc.)
Strong break/fix troubleshooting ability
Experience working in a ticketing system
Network knowledge or credentials such as: Network+, CCNA (or currently studying), Hands-on network troubleshooting experience
