Responsibilities
Assemble and organize kits per work instructions
Perform visual inspections for quality and accuracy
Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counts
Record kitting activities and report discrepancies
Collaborate with Distribution, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
Identify process improvement opportunities
Occasional weekend work on a rotating basis
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow written and electronic instructions
English proficiency (verbal and written)
Lift up to 50 lbs
Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Operate manual and electric pallet jacks safely
Preferred
Warehouse, inventory, or kitting experience preferred
Basic inventory system experience a plus
