Process Training Coordinator - Day Shift

2+ years expQcells North America is seeking a Process Training Coordinator responsible for safe and efficient training for all Process Technicians on the production line. This role involves ensuring effective communication regarding staffing and materials and guiding the growth of process employees under management direction.

Responsibilities
Approve vacation requests and ensure adequate shift staffing to maintain operational efficiency
Issue corrective actions to process technicians within ADP
Process paperwork related to employee promotions, demotions, and shift changes within ADP
Gathers, records and enters paperwork to generate production records
Performs periodic audits of machine settings, process controls settings, work instructions, manuals throughout the manufacturing line
Read and analyze standard operating procedures to determine efficient training requirements
Create and translate documents while using the correct outlines and alignment with process trainer
Align with the process of training to ensure training is done in a timely manner
Maintain and organize process documentation for regular record keeping purposes (check sheets, SOP, parameter sheets)
With the direction of the engineers, implement new methods of operations on the production line that are deemed safe and efficient
Assist engineers to maintain additional tasks (handling material and logistics of it)
Assist with monthly budgeting and purchasing for tools related to training, repair, and testing to a certain extent
Adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience
Must be able to perform the essential functions and have advanced Excel experience
Candidates must have a satisfactory work record without attendance or performance related job disqualifications
Must have experience troubleshooting day-to-day product issues and the ability to correct them via adjustments, layout, or procedural changes
Must possess strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and ability to treat all team members with respect
Preferred
Experience in solar panels industry
Bilingual (Spanish/Korean)
