Enterprise Service Desk Specialist *Secret Clearance Required*
TEKsystems is seeking an Enterprise Service Desk Specialist to support a federal customer on site in New Orleans, LA. The role involves providing Tier 1 support, monitoring network health, and managing ticketing operations for IT-related issues.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for IT-related problems
Provide phone and online support to users
Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues
Follow escalation protocols as necessary
Monitor the health and status of the networks
Document and communicate outage information to co-workers and customers
Execute scripts
Open and close tickets
Correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) services
Qualification
Required
Active Secret clearance
Active CompTIA Security+ certification
0-4 Years of IT Experience
Willingness to support an in-bound service desk/ call center operation
This position requires an active DoD Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret/SCI) or the ability to obtain an (Interim Secret, Interim Top Secret)
Because an active or interim DoD clearance is required, U.S. Citizenship is required
Preferred
Experience with ITSM (Ticketing System)
