A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician II responsible for setting up, operating, optimizing, maintaining, and troubleshooting departmental production equipment. This role ensures equipment reliability, product quality, and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while meeting production and waste reduction goals.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, optimize, and perform changeovers on production equipment
Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime
Maintain equipment in proper working order to ensure consistent product quality
Perform preventative maintenance according to plant maintenance programs
Monitor in-process quality and document all required quality control checks
Maintain accurate equipment logs, including downtime and maintenance issues
Meet or exceed production standards while sustaining budgeted waste levels
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational procedures

Mechanical aptitudeTroubleshooting skillsIndustrial maintenance experienceManufacturing maintenance experiencePreventative maintenance

Required

Steel toe shoes required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills required

Preferred

Prior industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
