Bath Fitter is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping customers. The CSR will be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales and operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
Set and schedule sales appointments with homeowners interested in our products and services
Use ServiceTitan to manage customer information, track leads, and schedule efficiently
Deliver friendly, knowledgeable support to customers
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and appointment flow
Follow up on leads and inquiries to help grow the company’s customer base
Maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude in every customer interaction

Required

Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/service management software
Proven experience in customer service, especially handling inbound and outbound calls

Organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software tools
A positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a team that values collaboration and success
