Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Ownership: Independently handle all architectural project aspects, from initial client engagement to project fruition
Collaborative Design: Work closely with design teams to forge innovative and pragmatic solutions for residential buildings, co-ops, and condos
Review and Revival: Lead the charge in evaluating and rejuvenating residential buildings and their spaces, ensuring strict adherence to NYC codes and regulations
AutoCAD Expertise: Leverage AutoCAD for creating and scrutinizing architectural plans and drawings
Brand Cultivation: Contribute to the nurturing and expansion of Irving Yee Architecture's presence in the NYC architectural community
Knowledge and Adherence: Stay updated on NYC codes, regulations, knowledge of local law 11 is a plus
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 10 years of architectural experience
Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) degree
Proficiency in CO-OP or condo design
In-depth knowledge of NYC building codes and regulations
Self-driven and adept at working autonomously
CAD proficiency is a valuable asset
Preferred
Previous knowledge in review work is a plus
Primary Starting role will be centered around review work
