Responsibilities

Route-based vibration data collection and interpretation on motors, pumps, gearboxes, fans, and compressors
Root-cause troubleshooting of rotating equipment and control systems
Creation of clear, prioritized reliability reports with corrective actions
Close collaboration with maintenance, engineering, and operations to optimize performance

Qualification

Vibration analysis certificationRotating equipment experienceMotor controls knowledgeCondition monitoringAnalysis platforms proficiencyProcess EngineeringOutside SalesServiceHigh-level Operations AnalysisVariable Frequency Drives (VFD)

Required

Certified in vibration analysis (ISO or ASNT) at CAT II
2+ years working with rotating equipment, reliability programs, or condition monitoring
Comfortable with motor controls and industrial electrical systems, including VFDs and soft-starters
Fluent with analysis platforms like CSI/Emerson

Preferred

CAT III certification in vibration analysis
