Responsibilities
Communicate with customers professionally and resolve product or order issues
Accurately enter and manage customer orders and purchase orders
Coordinate with vendors on order details and ship dates
Send order confirmations and provide timely updates to customers
Track inbound and outbound shipments
Generate LTL freight quotes and assist with shipping coordination
Answer incoming calls and maintain clear internal and external communication
Maintain accurate records and organized documentation
Qualification
Required
Previous customer service experience required
QuickBooks experience required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Ability to occasionally lift items over 30 lbs
