LHH is seeking a NetSuite Accounting Consultant to support NetSuite implementations and ongoing accounting operations. This role involves bridging accounting requirements with system configuration and process improvement, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

Serve as the accounting subject-matter expert for NetSuite implementations and enhancements

Configure and support NetSuite financial modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, and Financial Reporting

Translate accounting requirements into NetSuite workflows, configurations, and controls

Support month-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting within NetSuite

Design and maintain saved searches, financial reports, and dashboards for accounting and finance teams

Assist with data migration, validation, and testing during implementations or upgrades

Partner with finance leadership, external auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance

Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support

Troubleshoot accounting and system issues, recommending best-practice solutions

Qualification

NetSuite accounting experienceU.S. GAAP knowledgeNetSuite financial modulesNetSuite certificationsCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3+ years of hands-on NetSuite accounting experience

Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting close processes

Experience supporting NetSuite implementations or major module rollouts

Proficiency in NetSuite financial modules and reporting tools

Ability to communicate accounting concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

CPA or CPA-track background

NetSuite certifications (Financial User, Administrator, or Consultant)

Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency, or revenue recognition setups

Prior public accounting or ERP consulting experience

Experience working with SuiteAnalytics and advanced saved searches
