Create new job postings in the internal system
Create and process purchase orders
Manage HR-related forms and documentation (e.g., onboarding, personnel actions, compliance paperwork)
The administrative assistant will also be responsible for general administrative and operational support
Qualification
Required
Experience working in higher education as an Administrative Assistant
Experience working in an HR setting (posting jobs, screening resumes, working with Hiring Managers, and scheduling interviews)
Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to remain organized in a fast-paced environment
HRIS software experience
Microsoft Excel experience
Bachelor's degree is required
Preferred
Experience creating and processing purchase orders
