Steinbrenner Field, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment across all departments.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of all stadium supplies and equipment
Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and conduct regular cycle counts and audits
Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse team members to ensure adequate coverage for games, events, and non-event days
Coordinate with concessions, facilities, and event operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
Manage ordering, replenishment, and par levels to support game days, special events, and peak seasons
Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of food, beverage, and non-food inventory in compliance with safety standards
Enforce warehouse safety procedures, cleanliness, and organizational standards
Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and delivery vehicles
Monitor vendor deliveries and resolve discrepancies related to shortages, damages, or incorrect shipments
Prepare reports on inventory levels, usage trends, and operational performance
Support budgeting efforts by controlling inventory costs and minimizing waste and shrinkage
Collaborate with management to improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency
Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training
Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management
Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies
Complete other duties as assigned by management
Available to work none-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)
